By Alyssa Aquino (June 2, 2022, 2:35 p.m. EDT) – A FedEx subsidiary has accused a protective clothing supplier of skipping a $26.8 million bill related to shipping hundreds of containers of gloves review, according to a lawsuit filed in federal court in Maryland on Wednesday.
FedEx Trade Networks Transport & Brokerage Inc., or FTN, alleged that Airboss Defense Group snubbed its demands for transportation, detention and storage costs it paid on hundreds of glove shipments in nitrile that he had imported on behalf of Airboss, but were held up by US Customs and Border Protection.
